Hi,

Has anyone get a working email address for Dial-a-Phone?

I've placed a order for a Sony Ericsson W810i on O2 on the 19th Jul 2006.
The "[email protected]" bounces back to me and I can't find anything on the
website dialaphone.co.uk

On the 20th at 19:33 I got a email (Subject: Your Mobile Phone Order)
saying: "Dial-a-Phone are still processing your application for your mobile
phone order which may require further contact to clarify some of your
details. Unfortunately this means that we cannot deliver the mobile phone
package to you on the date we originally agreed. We will be in touch shortly
to update you on the progress of your order and to arrange a new delivery
date. Thank you for your patience in this matter and we apologise for any
inconvenience this may cause. We look forward to speaking to you shortly."

At 19:44 that evening, I get a email (Subject: Delivery Postponed) saying "
Thank you for your recent order, unfortunately due to processing problems at
our logistics centre there has been a delay in despatching your new mobile
phone package. The package will now be delivered on 21 July 2006. We
apologise for this delay and any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your
patience and understanding."

Its now the 24 July and nothing has yet arrived. I've ordered from them
before with no problems.
