Failed to detect connection types please reinstall Nokia PC Suite!
WTF???
I have bluetooth working and switched on, phone is passkey enable with
the computer.
Why does Nokia PC Suite keep coming up with this BS? I have
reinstalled it and it keeps saying it.
Anyone know how to fix this issue with the Nokia software?
Cheers
John

Join the club, I was using PC Suite and Bluetooth with my old N70 and no
problems. Now I've upgraded to the N73, PC Suite won't talk to it.

I occasionally get a problem connecting via my bluetooth dongle
plugged into a USB hub. I just unplug and plug in the USB hub again
to fix it.

Nokia PC Suite is best described as "buggy" as far as I can tell from my
experience with the more recent editions.

I found this had its cause in the Bluetooth stack that PCS was trying to
use. A few other support forums and Google searches pointed me in the
direction of the "Update Driver" section of Device Manager. I did this and
it messed up the otherwise-stable "Bluetooth Places" Widcomm software. A
reinstall of the Belkin software fixed that, and got PC Suite Bluetooth
working again.

Jon.
