Hiho,
If you're after changing just the front face plate then it's just the two T6
screws on the back of the slider and unclip the fascia starting from the top
down both edges. I find a guitar plectrum (heavy) will do the job nicely.
Reassembly is the reverse of disassembly in the best of traditions.

Great news! Now can anyone tell me where I can get a face plate surround
whose silver paint doesn't rub off after 7 months in your pocket to reveal
the cheapo zombie-flesh coloured plastic beneath?
This is a serious fault on such an expensive phone. My (third hand) 7250i
had no such problems. Nor my second hand 3310.
Yes, I know I could get a case but the phone is thick enough as it is...
