    Hi all,

Apologies if wrong group but this one seems best bet.

We have a Nokia 6110 that have developed a flickering / dying backlight. Has
always been fine up to a couple of days ago but is now unusable as, if the
light comes on, it only lasts a couple of seconds at most.

Fixable cheaply? or time for a new phone?

    TIA

If you are a dab hand with a screwdriver you can replace the complete
screen off eBay for sub £30.

Well depends if its the slidy colour 6110 thats worth £100, or the old
brick from about 6 years ago worth a tenner. The screen price was for
    the colour one.
