full cash back deals

In recent times I have "enjoyed" the ability to use the full cash back
deals variously available... typically 12 month contracts whereby
various bills get sent back and a juicy cheque appears subsequently
that over the course of the 12 months means the total monthly outlay
is returned.

Me and the missus' current deals are coming towards an end and i
started looking for potential replacements ie a new full cashback
deal... but they seem very thin on the ground. I read somewhere then
that mobile companies are moving away from these deals towards
"gifts".

Well, I don't want a Wii, or a slow cooker or whatever other old tosh
they are handing out, I'd rather jump through the hoops and grab the
cash. {Yes I know I could sell the useless gift on ebay but I'd
rather avpid that route to be honest].

Does anyody know of any full cash back deals still available from
anywhere?

I think that commission rates have dropped, and some dealers' reclaim
conditions got more arduous, while other couldn't sustain more people
reclaiming than they'd underwritten in their budget and consequently
went broke. So cashbacks have soemthing of a muddied name nowadays;
the best headline deals might be too risky

When my deal expired nearly a couple of years ago and the same dealer
offered something with not 100% cashabck and 6 vouchers over 18
months, I reckoned if I was away and forgot one in time I'd be just
about as well off and less aggro with a retentions deal from the
network itself, which came to about £9 a month.

I have no affiliation to Dial-A-Phone but their cashback claim process is a
doddle, no confusing jargon, simply send the bill that is dated between xxx
and yyy and you get your cashback promptly.

Their deals aren't as lucrative as other sites, granted, but unless you're
an idiot it's guaranteed money back.

You seem to have edited out the other half of my post.

I'm not offended by that, but it does point out that a retentions deal
is very likely as good or better nowadays. Looking at the Dialaphone
site just confirms that to me.
