What I'm after is something that can clamp onto a mains cable, and when
polled [with SNMP preferably] would give the kWh used so far. That way it
could be polled periodically and power usage could be ascertained.
Ideally it would be powered with PoE, and be cheap [ <£50]. Don't ask for
much, do I?
