I saw the HTC Touch HD on their website, £35 a month, 600 mins,
unlimited texts and the FREE phone, they also claimed next day delivery.

Anyway, the phone didn't turn up so i phoned them and they said the
phone is out of stock now and should have some in 1 - 2 weeks, so i'm
    not a happy bunny.

    Anyone else used these before?

They are Carphone Warehouse in (thin) disguise, same way that
    Dial-a-Phone are Phones4U.

Mobiles.co.uk used to a very respected Orange independent dealer based in
    Watford

CPW took them over to exploit their name

Yea i noticed that, i'm unable to cancel them until my order goes through.

I forgot to mention i'm wanting it on o2, they said they still have
stock on Orange but i'm not bothered about them, all my friends/family
    are on o2.

Mobiles.co.uk is still operated by the same staff from the same
location and still runs its own pricing scheme (much like E2Save and
OneStopPhoneShop does), it's just that instead of being a small dealer
working directly with the networks it's part of a FTSE100 company, so
the backup is there in terms of stock, exclusives, cashflow for
    redemption deals and customer service.

From my short experience, their customer service is pretty poor. I
didn't get one e-mail/phone call letting me know that my phone was out
of stock for 2 weeks, i had to spend the time and effort contacting them
at work. I just hope i don't have any other issues with these guys.

I used them for my N96 but they said I failed the credit check for quality
reasons. Probably because I had must moved. They charged £90 to my Amex card
on the 23rd Oct and I'm still chasing them for a refund.

Ordered from mobiles2yourdoor, it arrived next day and got more in
commission from Quidco, so I'm happy.

Always used mobiles.co.uk before, but has gone downhill since it was sold.

Mobiles moved from their two shops, one in St Albans Rd and one in
Queens Road to their existing much larger premises in Watford
    Industrial Estate in late 2002.
