My boyfriends phone finally broke after two years of him having it. The problem is there isn't money for a new phone until his upgrade (which is in a couple of weeks) and he needs his phone now. He doesn't have insurance on it, but we do have an old us cellular phone not in use right now. Would it cost money to switch his broken phone to that one?

It seems today that individuals cannot go anyplace without a cell phone in their pocket. In reality, when we lose or break our phone, we may feel naked for a time. If we use our cell phone for business, we need to make sure you get a cell phone right away, no matter what the cost.
