Can I return my phone and topup?

I just bought a phone from walmart and a $55 top up. The phone really stinks (venture) and I want to return the phone and go with a different carrier. Can I get the money for my "top up" back, too?

Unfortunately, service cards are usually non-refundable. You shouldn't have a problem returning the phone though.
