Vodafone and Orange to Collaborate

Vodafone and Orange have been said to be coming close in completing a deal that will share their network costs, according to Guardian.co.uk.
It looks like the agreement in place will be topping and existing agreement, but will be integrating 3G networks, and potentially some roaming also.
