my buddy has a Black Berry 7290 Phone
when he try's to get on the internet with it it says

that i get a password provided with my system administrator.

?, how do i get on the internet? who is the system admi?

Call your providers tech support, they will have to reset something that blackberrys do. It should be a 3 minute call (depends on your carrier).
