    My Blackberry Rim usually hangs all the time. I can't even restart it, so I always end up pulling out the battery. What do you think maybe the problem? Should I replace the battery or what?

    I think the battery is not the problem. With high speed data transition and and the latest computer viruses coming together through the Internet to your phone, it might be possible that your phone is infected.
