When I delete an e-mail in Oultook it does not delete on my Blackberry Bold 9700, if I delete a mail on my Blackberry it does remove it from my Outlook folder ( set via a setting on the Blackberry device).
I am using a BES server.
How do I sync both systems via my BES and not only via a usb cable and Blackberry desktop manager?
