9530 Rim BlackBerry touch screen problem

I have a problem with the touch screen on a BlackBerry 9530 Storm. It only works one touch then I have to flip the phone over and it will work again. I have to repeat this process each time I want to do another key stroke. Any suggestions?

I solved this problem myself. I noticed that if the phone was upside down that the touch screen would work but when I turned it over it would only work one touch. So I took the phone apart(I used the utube video for directions on disassembly)then I took a very small strip if foam rubber approx. 1/16" or less thick and placed it at the top of the Back side of the LCD assembly so it was between the LCD assembly and the circut board.Then reassembled it and that fixed the problem. Hope this will help others.

j'ai un problème avec l’écran de mon black berry 9530, l'écran ne s'allume plus malgrès, je continue de recevoir les appels, comme le clavier est lié à l'écran, j'arrive pas à faire passer des appel, je demande une aide pour résoudre ce problèmes
