hi, i had my blackberry sitting on the table last night, didn't drop it or no liquid waisted on it, and out of nowhere the screen turned white (no message - no nothing) just white..
SO i turned it off removing manually the battery and card and left it few hours, then, turned it back on but STILL white.. this is very very bad for me, i have all kind of info for myself and my job and i can't risk to have lost any of it..
What do i need to do?
