just donated a 1000cpf each for the effort on this tone. The changes sound good but im sure that the tone could sound a whole lot better. but i appreciate the work youve put in to editing the tone thanks yo.

it's good to see some people putting an effort into making these ringtones better, BUT, i can't understand some of the changes made to my version. first off, both new versions are WAAAY out of tune. listen to my ringtone and then play the song and you will hear that overall, it is all in tune and the tempo is right on. the last version on here is slowed down probably about 6 beats per minute. why? that's not how the real song is. also, why change the bass line to strings?! that really makes no sense. i'm not knocking you guys, understand that, i just think if you edit a midi you really shouldn't post it until you really think you've got it down and it's better than the first one. for the haters, i'll put the piano in my version and repost it. i can't understand why it's such an issue, it's late in the song and it has no crucial part in the overall sound of the song. wizane won, i don't know what your looking for, but if you want much better, i think you're going to have to cop the mp3 ringer bud. people who have no sequencing skill can easily say, where's the piano? or i think it could be better. i mean, when my phone rings, you can clearly tell what song it is. what the hell else can i do, put 50 and mobb deep on it?! there are LIMITS to midis if you haven't noticed. sometimes you hit, sometimes you miss. look up my dead presidents ringtone in here if you wanna hear a direct hit. also, A LOT OF SONGS CANNOT EVEN BE MADE INTO RINGTONES. if they all could i would have posted a lot more by now. anyways, lazy as hell and keving00, ya'll keep experimenting and posting, i'm glad to see people doing and not talking. peace

TRACKMASTER You take yourself to seriously. Just chill out. all i asked for was some changes to be made to a tone not saying anything about yours man. and i aint a h8er i just wanted to see if the changes could be made and if it sounded better. if you dont want to do that then dnt. i dont wanna hear about why you think your one is the best we all can judge that by ourselves. you just do your thing n dnt worry about anyone else. i just want a good tune for my fone dats all.

You also sed that no-ones ringtone on their phone shuld be that long anyway. Then the changes could be made earlier in the ringtone because it is actually a RINGTONE not an INSTRUMENTAL so all i think about ringtones is the best 20seconds of the beat that also distinguishs the Song.

I dnt set my ringtone so everyone knws what song it is either. I set the ringtone to one that sounds HOT! ! !

I just think that part of the song with the piano sounds hot which is why i would like to hear the changes duznt mean has to come in 30sec through the tone.

I dont have the talent to edit or create tones is why i dont. and is why i offer cpf for ppl who WOULD LIKE TO. If you dnt want to then dont!

wow trackmasta did your feelings get hurt or what? it aint THAT serious, I mean I guess I see where u comin from but theres always going to be someone who doesn't like a tone so just as easily as you can say 'tough' or 'too bad deal with it' the same can be said to you about people liking your work. people don't have to praise you for you to appreciate your own hard work, just do what u do and u should be straight.

and I don't know if I'm misunderstanding you or not but u said the piano keys come late in the song? his version was the beginning of the track, thats how the song starts out, the bass first and then the piano comes in.

keving, I think the piano track u added in just needs to be doubled so it sounds more like the song and not so flat

me and dude got into it once already about it. i was trying to figure out why change a whole midi that was perfectly fine to something that does not really sound right. i'm all with putting the piano in it but it seems to me that some people who think it will sound more real with the piano are trading one fault for another. and i ain't mad at them for trying at all to make it better. i didn't like the way mr. salty was twistin' my words. he got all crazy with me cause i made a comment i thought he didn't have $1000cpf he did have it and offered the $ so he's cool but he keep on talking and not trying. there's a link to get the program. as far as the piano in beginning of the song, it comes in at 20 seconds....... . . ...surely someone can get that, i don't want to.

The original tone was very nice, but I thought maybe that I can improve it a little bit. I edited the strings a little and doubled the applause. All I think it needs now is that piano part. Tell me how it sounds!

It had too much string action goin' on. Listen to the song. I listened to the song as I made my tweaks. This sounds more like it. Your strings are WAY too long, and they don't connect together like the way you did it. It's not a critizism, TRACKMASTA, trust me. I'm no sequencer, so I know I couldn't even get anywhere near the tone-making ability you have. It's simply the truth. Like I said, I like your version. It very well could stand on it's own. I just saw something that I felt needed a little tweaking, that's all. I did notice something I left out, but I believe I fixed it. Is this better?
