Um... Jetswu? It's really not as easy as converting mp3 to wav to midi. You can't just rename the extension and it'll suddenly be a midi. See the FAQ for more info on all this.
and i wonder
if anything could ever feel this real forever
if anything could ever be this good again

anyway the site he wants that ringer from plays in midi format direct from the site.
and actually it was easy to do, i saved as mp3, converted to wav with "switch" the program that comes with wavepad. Then have a command prompt program call purevoice that converts the wavs to qcps...and wa la. They still sound like midi's. Its just the preview from the sites are in mp3 format. Takes all of a minute to do.Last edited by JETSWU87; 02-02-2006 at 06:15 AM.

i just bought the siemens s66 cell phone. although it can't play .mp3 music clips. does anyone have a way to convert the mp3 clips to other .midi or .wav clips so i can use them on my phone?? thanks, and any help would be great!
P.S. i have tried downloading a few different programs to convert mp3 clips to midi or wav clips. it looks like the files are converted and then i try them out on my phone and it fails to work. anyway, thanks.
