the puppet laugh ringtone can be found in another thread on this forum.
but the one "i want to play a game" ringtone is found on myxer tones dot com, but i'm from overseas so i can't determine whether it is free.
Maybe some of us from US can find out?
my point is that it can be found there, although it didn't really sound like it is from SAW...

If any of you are still looking for "I want to play a game" sound clips from Saws 1, 2 & 3 can be found at moviesoundclips dot net (remove the word dot and actually replace it with a . Also remove the spaces)

Click on the left hand link that says movies and scroll down the page until you find a link for Saw. And there you go, clips from the movie.

Hope that helps y'all, am now using it as my message tone.
