    There's an app on Google play that can compose a ringtone.

    There is a program called Audacity that you can use. You can shorten the MP3 to 30 seconds or so. You might need to have a phone that will allow an MP3 to be a ringtone or download an application that will allow you to do it though.

    i used to make audio programs out of interest using the Adobe Audition. i think u may use that tool to clip the music u like to make ur favored ringtone. hope can help.
