I try to make a call and I get a message saying "The number you have called is not assigned, please check the number and try again". This is the second time this has happened in the past 2 weeks and it lasts for a few days. Has anyone else have this problem before? I live in the Ottawa area and I am using the Motorola V551 cell phone

Has rogers told you that it is a problem
with your phone, and not their service?
