vx8000 for sale

my friend sold me an LG VX8000 this weekend. my only 2 problems are: 1) the phone still seems to be activated and 2) dont have a charger for it. im wondering if this phone was actually his cause the number of the cell phone is not his. BUT if someone knows about unlocking this phone or just wants it anyways, im selling it. i dont know about the phone's origin (ie: lost, stolen, etc). it's not my fault if you get a lost/stolen phone. i dont know what else to do cause i dont want this brick of a phone and my friend wont take it back/he already spent the money on a chip for his audi.
