Please Help!!!!

HELP!!!

The sidekick I bought from someone on this msg board doesn't work and the seller will not refund me!! Does anyone know how to repair one?? I just spent $160 sending him the cash by Western Union and now I am screwed

There are a few things you can do. A. if you paid western union with a credit card then call your card company and tell them its a unwanted charge. Then the credit card company will get the kids info from western union and charge him with a felony.

If you paid with cash then there isnt really anything you can do but please post this guys information so we know not to deal with him! If you have the name you sent the money to and the city I can help you get his parents contact info.

His name on here is saccento - the unit wont even hold a charge I am so pissed - I am going to call my ccard company now and see about reversing the charge because I did pay by Western Union. I wanted to do PayPal but he said his account was frozen (should have been my first clue there)

Please post his real name! He could always change his name on the forum from saccento.

robb, i tried getting him to fix this (via PM), but he wants nothing to do with it. basically told me to bug off.

He ( i think ) blocked me from AIM... he IS on CPF, i checked his user status

He offered to refund me half of the money and claims that he told me there were no refunds (he never did) although it said so on his ebay listing I didn't bid on ebay. SCAMMER!!!! I went out and bought a new one today and the people at TMobile took pity on my and gave me a discount. I am going to file a lawsuit against him - I have his phone number, first and last name, ebay user name, email address and the town that he lives in that should be enough right??

um im not a scammer thank you very much ebay feedback is 100%. the sidekick was working 100% fine before i sent it . i dont know what happened. i explained to her that i will send her the money when i get it because i needed it and never expected that to happen. i dont care waht you guys say on this forum i think it is pretty lame anyway.

Whatever KYLE. Why is it my problem that you got scammed by a nigerian?? I paid you for something that works and it CLEARLY doesn't. Give me my money back or I will file the report.

When you get it???? Why the **** should I have to wait?? Borrow the money from someone and pay me the **** back. Can you understand how pissed off I am right now?? I trusted you to send me a product that was in WORKING ORDER. Hell, I even wired you the money (which cost ME more) I had to pay $160 just to send you $135 because your PayPal account doesn't work. The device wouldn't even power on after I had charged it for an HOUR, and you had the nerve to say that I did something wrong by "overcharging" it. So excuse me if I have no sympathy for you having no job and getting scammed by a nigerian (why would you give $4000 to a nigerian anyway???) I just want my ****in money back.

it's pretty unfortunate when we can't trust each other in a transaction that should benefit both parties. if you're an honest seller here, i don't see why a full refund is such a problem. the product doesn't work, refund. if you get it back and it does work, sell it again if you're legit.

these bad sales are so annoying and are so preventable.

btw, why the no refunds clause if you have nothing to hide?
