FS: Sidekick 2

Alrite here we go again.

I just ordered a sidekick 2 that I didn't realize was incompatible with my service. I now want to sell or trade the sidekick to you. My friend had a sidekick that broke on him and gave it to me, the unit looked fine on the outside so I took it and ordered one with a broken screen for cheap so I will have a good as new sidekick that I just wont be able to use....

I am just gonna let you make offers if anyone is interested. Money (prefer paypal) Phone, or both if you already have a phone that isn't worth as much.

I can be contacted by the usual PM, or Email '[email protected]', or just use that email with msn messenger to talk with me. I would suggest email because that is the only thing I will most likely check for sure every day.

My current most recent feedback there is a neutral and the guy says my listing was misleading. Which means he didn't read the listing which says that if you select "buy it now" I will throw in a free game so he was upset he didn't get the game.

you got one from your friend, but it was broken?

then you ordered another w/ a broken screen?

I agree with nic, you gave a very general idea about the phone and you go back and forth between your friend who gave u a sk2 but it was broke and such.. Read the faq's on how to post in this forum, to give you a better idea on how to post a FS thread. Also, posting your email is probably not the smartest thing to do and they dont like that here on cpf only because there are people who do get paid to sit on a computer all day and collect email adresses off forums,websites, search engines and more. Becareful where you post your personal information, if you dont want spam and other things of that nature to occur. =) Just some friendly tips!

Hey I said what I could, I am just being honest. The one I ordered is in need of a new screen and nothing else. The one I currently have has a perfect screen for it. The sidekick will be good as new I didn't even need to say all that stuff but I just wanted to be honest with you all. If you were to check my feedback and clicked on the listing for the sidekick on there and saw that it had a broken screen without my explanation people would thing I am just trying to scam everyone.

so to clarify, the sidekick I am selling will be as good as new. I will make sure of that before I ever consider sending it. I will also take screenshots of it as soon as I can so you all can see for youself. I just thought I would see if anyone was interested in it right away so I dont have to be out the money for a long time.

So please give any offers if you are interested in a sidekick 2 and please give me my $ for following the rules.

yea man, you have to clean this up a little, at least give an Aprox price, list any defects and junk like that

The only defect with the one I just ordered is the screen which is being replaced by the screen of the one I got from my friend which is as good as new.

I don't want to list an approx price because I don't know how high people will go on something like this since I am screen swapping. People might be worried its not as reliable so I will let them decide.

I will say that I am currently with sprint so a sprint phone would be best. I will trade for another phone as long as it is one that will work in my area. That seems to be Sprint, nextel, and virgin mobile I guess.

um, knowing that it is made from combining two broken sidekicks, how can it be classified as 'good as new?'

do you have credentials to assure people of your repair skills?

all things to think about. and yes, you should/need to post pics with your screen name of the working unit after the repair!

i'll take it for $50...

I am saying good as new because it will look good as new, and work just like new. I don't really know how I can show proof of my repairing. I would say that I am going to make sure it works and that I have good feedback to back up my honesty is enough.

Why would I sell a good as new sidekick for $50? Make a real offer, I just bought the broken one I am swapping the screen to for $75 ....

If feedback isn't enough for you to trust me, all I have is my word. My computer was built from nothing, I have done alot of repairs and installations on my car myself, I have repaired 7 ps2's that gamestop had planned to throw into the dumb and other small electronic repairs.

Believe me or not, I do not care. I should have just kept my ebay feedback to myself so I wouldn't have to explain the back story on this so people wouldnt keep asking questions when all they really need to know is I am honest, this product will work and look just as good as a new one. I received the one with the broken screen today and it looks great besides the cracked screen so a great unit + a great screen off my other sidekick = a completely great looking and working product. I thought this could get a jump on finding a buyer, but it has just been a waste of my time.

1. you're selling a product not completed yet.

2. post a pic w/ your user name, and then maybe somebody will be interested.

3. you listed a sidekick for sale, not an idea about one.

so don't get mad at the lack of response. get it completed, then see what happens.

Well i got it, fixed it up, it is good as new. I will post pics later, even though it looks the adzact same as all other sidekicks and wont make any sort of difference.

And I still posted the title right so give me the $ for that!
