    I am looking for broken phones that are Cingular. The phone have to be in perfect cosmetic condition and no water damage. But if they defected internally (like freezing and etc.) I am interested.

    why do you need a broken phone if you can get a cingular phone or unlock phone? check ebay and search CELLPHONE FOR PARTS.
