WTB: Unlocked PDA touch screen...

Hey guys, maybe a few of you can help me out. I'm currently with verizon, my friend knows how to unlock phones though...I'm looking for a PDA, but cant find anything from verizon that i like/want. I'm not really into cell phones, buit i know how to use them (i just dont know names etc) are there any other providers out there that have a phone that fits what i want? help me out...i have $$$ in hand

What i want:

• Wi-fi
• Touch-screen + stylus
• Smaller/thinner the better
• number buttons / keyboard (for finger texting)
• No huge antenna like treo's
• something that i can activate through verizon ( i guess this mean unlocked?)
• Doesn't have to be a cell phone thats currently for sale in USA...
• Windows based?
• SD card

i like the i-mate sp3....but my friend said it works off satalite so it wont work with verizon. i want something exactly like that.....but with wi-fi and touch screen!
