lookin to see what kind of options i have as far as what unlocked phones people have for sale.

i prefer flip phones, but will consider anything although i prefer motorola or LG

but it must have speakerphone and bluetooth

You should be able to find a used RAZR V3 for around that money. It has all the features you want, and it's a good phone too as long as you don't need 3G or EDGE.

i already have a V3 and a 551. im hopin to find a Pebl im not limited to $100 but would like to keep it around there

Nokia 9300i is the best

Nokia makes some of the best phones in my opinion. Obviously they believe that to with the pricing they put on those things. lol.
