Samsung Galaxy SIII: Weird syncing issue (Outlook OWA)

Ok, so I will try my best to explain this so someone understands, but I dont always do the best at it so bare with me! LOL

I have Outlook for work, and on my Calender I put several events, which occur for 2-3 days, every other week. These are listed for years, because its normal stuff every week. On my Outlook calender its correct. I have my Outlook synced to my phone, Samsung Galaxy SIII, via the Mail app (default) on the phone. I have no issues syncing my Mail or one time events, but the series' that are synced show up all in one week, every other week. Some of these should be the next week. For example, one week should have busy time Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The next week should be only Wednesday and Thursday. Next week Monday, Tuesday, ETC. Pattern, very simple. However on my phone only it shows 1 week busy time each and every day, and nothing the next week. Anyone got any ideas? Before you say Google Calender, this is something I set up at work, and dont want to change it. I probably wont have the phone much longer, but hopefully I can get it fixed if I am stuck, and someone else maybe having the same issue.

have you tried removing the exchange account from the phone and re-adding? Are you running jelly bean on the SIII?

Yeah John that was the first thought. Also tried redoing the appointment in Outlook but still no good.

It sounds to me like there is a bug with the way it interprets reoccurring appointments. I can't easily test this since I don't use exchange anymore.

Yeah, thats what I figured too, but I have no idea how to even approach figuring this one out. Luckily I have a good idea how to figure it out, its just annoying at this point! Anyone else have any ideas?
