Setting Up Visual Voicemail:
- From any of the home screens, tap the "Apps" icon
- Find and open "Visual Voicemail"
- Read the on-screen information and then press "Next" > "Done"
- If necessary, follow any additional prompts that may appear on the screen
Changing the VVM Greeting:
- While viewing the home screen, tap the "Apps" icon
- Browse for and open "Visual Voicemail"
- Go to the "Greetings" tab and perform one of the following:
- To change to an existing greeting:
- Select the greeting
- Mark the check box next to "Mark Default Greeting"
- To record a new greeting:
- Press the "Record new greeting" button
- Tap the "Record" icon to start recording
- Tap the "Stop recording" icon to stop the recording process
- Press the "Play" icon to listen to the recording
- Tap "next" and enter a name for the greeting
- Mark the check box associated with "Mark Default Greeting"
- Tap "Next"
- To change to an existing greeting:
Changing the Visual Voicemail Password:
- While viewing the home screen, tap "Apps"
- Browse for and open "Visual Voicemail"
- Press the "Menu" button
- Tap "Settings" and then tap "Change PIN"
- Type in the current password and tap "OK"
- Enter the new password twice, then press "OK"
Listening to Voicemail Messages:
- Tap the "Apps" icon located on the home screen
- Open "Visual Voicemail"
- Go to the "Messages" tab
- Select the message that you wish to listen to
- Tap the "Play" icon to begin the playback
Turning Off Visual Voicemail:
- From any of the home screens, press the "Menu" button
- Select "Settings"
- Go to the "General" tab and then tap "Application manager"
- Swipe left until you reach the "All" screen
- Swipe up and tap "Visual Voicemail"
- Press "Disable" and then tap "OK" to confirm
Calling Your Voicemail:
- While on the home screen, press the "Phone" icon
- Tap the "Keypad tab" if necessary
- Tap and hold the "1" key
