Setting Up Visual Voicemail:

  1. From any of the home screens, tap the "Apps" icon
  2. Find and open "Visual Voicemail"
  3. Read the on-screen information and then press "Next" > "Done"
  4. If necessary, follow any additional prompts that may appear on the screen

Changing the VVM Greeting:

  1. While viewing the home screen, tap the "Apps" icon
  2. Browse for and open "Visual Voicemail"
  3. Go to the "Greetings" tab and perform one of the following:
    • To change to an existing greeting:
      1. Select the greeting
      2. Mark the check box next to "Mark Default Greeting"
    • To record a new greeting:
      1. Press the "Record new greeting" button
      2. Tap the "Record" icon to start recording
      3. Tap the "Stop recording" icon to stop the recording process
      4. Press the "Play" icon to listen to the recording
      5. Tap "next" and enter a name for the greeting
      6. Mark the check box associated with "Mark Default Greeting"
      7. Tap "Next"

Changing the Visual Voicemail Password:

  1. While viewing the home screen, tap "Apps"
  2. Browse for and open "Visual Voicemail"
  3. Press the "Menu" button
  4. Tap "Settings" and then tap "Change PIN"
  5. Type in the current password and tap "OK"
  6. Enter the new password twice, then press "OK"

Listening to Voicemail Messages:

  1. Tap the "Apps" icon located on the home screen
  2. Open "Visual Voicemail"
  3. Go to the "Messages" tab
  4. Select the message that you wish to listen to
  5. Tap the "Play" icon to begin the playback

Turning Off Visual Voicemail:

  1. From any of the home screens, press the "Menu" button
  2. Select "Settings"
  3. Go to the "General" tab and then tap "Application manager"
  4. Swipe left until you reach the "All" screen
  5. Swipe up and tap "Visual Voicemail"
  6. Press "Disable" and then tap "OK" to confirm

Calling Your Voicemail:

  1. While on the home screen, press the "Phone" icon
  2. Tap the "Keypad tab" if necessary
  3. Tap and hold the "1" key
