SIII sgh-i747 no sound or talk

I hava a at&t i747 it has no sound. When i make calls they cant hear me and i cant hear them, no music no ring tones. Vibrate works. I have cleared partition and did factory reset a few times. Volumes are all at max and blocking is off. Does anybody have any ideas, tips or ideas? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
