Blocking Calls from a Phone Number:

  1. While viewing the home screen, tap the "Phone" icon
  2. Tap the "Keypad" tab if necessary
  3. Press the "Menu" button and tap "Call settings"
  4. Select "Call rejection"
  5. Tap "Auto reject mode" and tap either "Off", "All numbers" or "Auto reject numbers"
  6. Tap "Auto reject list" > "Create"
  7. Perform one of the following sets of steps:
    • To block a number from the contact list:
      1. Tap the "Contacts" icon and go to "Contacts"
      2. Tap "Contacts" once more, and select "Always" or "Just once"
      3. Select the contact that you want to block and tap "Save"
    • To block a number from the call log:
      1. Tap the "Contacts" icon and go to "Logs"
      2. Select the number that you want to reject
      3. Tap "Save"
    • To block a phone number:
      1. Type in the number that you wish to reject. NOTE: you can tap " Match criteria" and block numbers that have similar characteristics, such as those from an area code. To do this, select "Starts with". To reject an exact phone number, make sure you have enabled "Same as"
      2. Tap "Save"

Unblocking a Number:

  1. From the home screen, tap the "Phone" icon
  2. If necessary, tap the "Keypad" tab
  3. Press the "Menu" button and tap "Call settings"
  4. Tap "Call rejection" > "Auto reject list"
  5. Perform one of the steps below:
    • To allow calls but leave the number on the block list: tap the check box associated with the desired number. NOTE: don't tap the phone number itself
    • To allow calls and remove the number from the blocking list:
      1. Tap the icon depicting a "Trash can"
      2. Tap the phone number to mark its check box
      3. Tap "Delete"

Blocking Calls via Applications:

While the Galaxy Round offers blocking features by default, you can always try out various 3rd party applications that have been designed for call blocking. Some applications include password protection, blacklists, whitelists, the ability to block text messages, call logs, and more. A few examples of blocking applications are:
