  1. Log in with your Google account on the Galaxy Premier
  2. From the home screen, press "Menu"
  3. Tap "Settings"
  4. Go to "My accounts", tap "Google" and then tap your "user name" or "email address"

After the transfer, launch the "Contacts" app on the Active and import the file

Using "Send Anywhere" to Share Contacts:

You can use third party applications such as "Send Anywhere" to transfer contacts. Using this method you can easily share the contacts stored on the Galaxy Premier via a P2P connection, without needing access to a computer.

  1. Visit the Google Play Store and install "Send Anywhere" on both devices
  2. After the application has been installed, launch it on both smartphones
  3. On the Galaxy Premier, tap "Send" > "contacts"
  4. Select the contacts that you wish to share and then touch "Send"
  5. Finally, pick a method of transfer. You can touch "Receive" on the Galaxy S5 Active and enter the randomly generated code from the Samsung Galaxy Premier. Alternatively, you can simply tap "Generate QR Code" on the Premier, and scan the resulting code with the Galaxy S5 Active's camera to commence the transfer
