Using Google Sync to Transfer Contacts:

NOTE: you can use your Google account to sync the contacts stored on the Galaxy Beam, which then allows you to re-sync the contacts from the Beam with the Galaxy K Zoom using the same Google account. The steps below will guide you throught the process:

  1. On the Galaxy Beam, sign in with your Google account
  2. Press "Menu" while on the home screen
  3. Tap "Settings"
  4. Tap "Google" under "My accounts" and then tap your "email address" or "user name"

  7. From the Zoom's home screen, tap "Apps"
  8. Go to "Settings" and scroll to "User and Backup"

  6. Open the email client and compose a new email
  7. Attach the aforementioned file to the email (search it by name if necessary)
  8. Send the email to your own Gmail address
  9. On the Galaxy K Zoom, you should have received the email. Open it and download the attachment
  10. Launch the "Contacts" app
  11. Press "Menu" and tap "Import / Export"
  12. Select "Import from SD card" / "Import from SD card" and browse for the downloaded attached file

NOTE: Once you have created the VCF file on the Galaxy Beam, you can transfer it to the Galaxy K Zoom by connecting both smartphones to your computer via USB, and manually copy-pasting the file from the Beam's storage to the K Zoom's "sdcard" directory. Then, launch the "Contacts" application on the K Zoom and perform the steps above to import its contents

Transferring Contacts via "Send Anywhere":

  2. Once the app has been installed, open it on both handsets
