    Back Up & Restore App Data:

    1. Tap "Apps" on the home screen
    2. Go to "Settings"
    3. Swipe to "Personal" and tap "Backup & reset"
    4. Check the box associated with "Back up my data" to store your Wi-Fi password, account data and other settings to Google's servers
    5. Mark the "Automatic restore" check box to restore app data automatically when apps are re-installed

    Back Up & Restore Contacts on a Google Account:

    1. Tap "Apps" from the home screen
    2. Go to "Settings" and tap "Accounts"
    3. Select the Google account you wish to sync contacts with
    4. Press "Menu" > "Sync now"
    5. To restore the contacts, simply register the Google account and allow it to sync contacts with your phone

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows Computer:

    1. Connect the Samsung Galaxy S6 to your computer via USB
    2. If necessary, swipe the "Status" bar down, tap "Connected as a media device" > "Media device (MTP)"
    3. In the AutoPlay window on the computer, click "open device to view files"
    4. Locate the files you wish to back up on your computer
    5. Copy the files and paste them in the desired backup location on your PC's HDD
    6. Once the transfer is done, safely disconnect your smartphone

    Restore Media Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the SGS6 to your computer
    2. Enable "Media device (MTP)" if necessary
    3. Click "open device to view files" in the AutoPlay window on the PC
    4. Open a second Windows Explorer window and locate the backed up files on your computer
    5. Copy the files and transfer them back to your phone (SD card or internal memory)
    6. When you're done transferring the files, safely disconnect your phone

    Back Up Media Files on a Mac Computer:

    NOTE: Skip the first 3 steps if Samsung Kies is already installed on your Mac.

    1. Navigate to Kies
    2. Click "Download for Mac OS"
    3. Follow the on-screen instructions to install Kies on the Mac
    4. Establish a USB connection between the SGS6 and Mac
    5. Swipe the "Status" bar down and tap "Connected as a media device" > "Media device (MTP)"
    6. Launch Kies on the Mac
    7. In Kies, click the "Back up / restore tab"
    8. Access the "Backup" tab and mark the check box next to "Music", " Photo" and other types of media files you wish to back up (optionally click "select all items")
    9. Click "Backup"
    10. After the process is complete, eject the phone's storage and safely disconnect it from the Mac

    Restore Media Files from a Mac Computer:

    1. Connect the SGS6 to your Mac via USB
    2. Enable "Media Device (MTP)" from the status area if necessary
    3. Launch Kies on the Mac
    4. In Kies, click the "Back up / restore" tab
    5. Click the "Restore" tab and mark the check box next to "Music", "Photo" or any other type of media file you want to restore
    6. Click "Restore" and follow any additional prompts if necessary
    7. Once the process is complete, safely eject the SGS6 storage from the Mac

    There are three ways for you to get back your lost data.
    No1:directly retrieve from your iPhone 6 plus.
    No2: retrieve from iTunes.
    No3: retrieve from iCloud.
    And if you haven't backed up your data in iTunes or iCloud, then you will need a data recovery software to help you get back all your lost data. I can recommend iMyfone data recovery software for you.

    Here's a really easy video about how to back your photos on the phone itself
    To restore just open the app after the reset and the photos will come back

    As far as I know, a special designed file manager for android app could transfer everything from your phone to computer in few steps, and you don't need to root your phone, just need enable usb debugging on your phone.
