Clear App Cache or Data:

NOTE: In case one of your apps is causing issues or doesn't work as intended, you can try fixing this behavior by clearing the app's cache. If that fails you can also try wiping the app's data.

WARNING! Wiping an app's data will result in the deletion of all personal information stored within the app, including log in credentials, credit card information, high scores, saved games, profiles etc. Thus it's recommended to try fixing the app by clearing the cache first.

  1. From the home screen tap "Apps"
  2. Go to "Settings"
  3. Tap "Applications" > "Application manager"
  4. Access the "Downloaded" or "All" screen
  5. Select the desired app and tap "Clear cache"
  6. If wiping the cache didn't give results, you can tap "Clear data" > "OK"
