Forward All Calls (Unconditional Forwarding):

  1. Tap “Menu” on the home screen
  2. Go to “Settings”
  3. Under the “My device” tab, tap “Call”
  4. Tap “Additional settings”
  5. Tap “Call forwarding” > “Always forward”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls and tap “Enable”

Forward Some Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Access the phone’s “Settings” menu
  2. Access the “My device” tab
  3. Tap “Call” > “Additional settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable”
  6. Enter the phone number to forward calls to
  7. Tap “Update”

Cancel Call Forwarding:

  1. Press “Menu” on the home screen
  2. Tap “Settings”
  3. Access the “My device” tab
  4. Tap “Call” > “Additional settings”
  5. Tap “Call forwarding” > “Always forward”
  6. Tap “Disable”

Block Calls from a Number:

  1. Go to the phone’s “Settings” menu
  2. Access the “My device” tab
  3. Tap “Call” > “Call rejection”
  4. Make sure “auto reject numbers” is enabled
  5. Tap “Auto reject list” > “Create”
  6. Perform one of the following:
    • To block a contact:
      1. Tap the “Contacts” icon
      2. Tap “Contacts” again and choose “Always” or “Just once”
      3. Select the desired contact and tap “Save”
    • To block a number from Call Logs:
      1. Tap “Contacts” > “Logs”
      2. Tap the number you want to block
      3. Tap “Save”
    • To block a phone number:
      1. Enter the phone number you want to reject
      2. Tap “Match criteria” and select “Exactly the same as”. Optionally, select “Starts with” or a different option to block numbers from a network, or area code etc.
      3. Tap “Save”

Unblock Phone Numbers:

  1. Press “Menu” on the home screens
  2. Tap “Settings”
  3. Under “My device”, tap “Call”
  4. Tap “Call rejection” > “Auto reject list”
  5. Perform one of the following:
    • To allow calls but keep the number in the block list: Tap the check box associated with the desired number
    • To allow calls and remove the number from the block list:
      1. Tap the “trash can” icon
      2. Tap the check box next to the “phone number”
      3. Tap “Delete” twice to confirm


Block Messages

Via “Messaging”:

  1. Launch the “Messaging” app
  2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Add to spam numbers” > “OK”

Via “Settings”:

  1. Launch “Messaging”
  2. Press “Menu”
  3. Tap “Settings”
  4. Enable the “Spam settings” check box
  5. Tap “Add to spam numbers” > “+”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to block or tap “Contacts” and select a contact from the list
  7. Tap “Save”

Unblock Messages

Via “Messaging”:

  1. Tap “Messaging” on the home screen
  2. Tap and hold the conversation thread containing the number you want to block
  3. Tap “Remove from spam numbers”

Via “Settings”:

  1. Launch “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Enable “Spam settings”
  4. Tap “Add to spam numbers”
  5. Tap and hold the number you want to unblock
  6. Tap “Delete” > “OK”
