  4. To uninstall the app, open “Settings
  5. Then, scroll to “Device” and tap “Applications
  6. Tap “Application manager” and swipe to “Downloaded
  7. Select the desired application and tap “Uninstall” twice to confirm
  8. To exit safe mode simply press and hold “Power” and tap “Restart

Wipe the Cache Partition:

  1. Turn off the device
  2. Press and hold “Volume Up”, “Power” and “Home” simultaneously
  3. After the phone powers up, release all buttons
  4. An Android logo should appear, followed by the Android System Recovery menu
  5. From the recovery menu, press “Volume down” to highlight “wipe cache partition
  6. Press “Power” to select the option
  7. Once the cache is wiped, press “Power” with “Reboot system now” highlighted

NOTE: In case clearing the cache didn’t solve the issues, you can visit this thread for instructions on how you can factory reset your phone. Keep in mind that unlike clearing the cache, a factory reset will result in the deletion of all personal data on the phone’s internal memory.
