Block Calls:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Access the “Logs” or “Keypad” tab
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “Call
  4. Tap “Call rejection” > “Auto reject list
  5. Tap “Create
  6. Select “Contacts” and perform one of the following:
    • To block a phone number: enter it, and if necessary, change the “Match Criteria” per your needs
    • To block unknown callers: turn on “Unknown
    • To block a contact: tap “Contacts” and go to “Logs” or “Contacts”. Select the number you want to block

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone
  2. Go to the “Logs” or “Keypad” screen
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “Call
  4. Tap “Call rejection” > “Auto reject list
  5. If you want to allow calls but keep the number in the blocked contacts list, clear the check box next to the desired phone number
  6. To allow calls and also remove the caller from the block list, tap the “Trash can” icon, select the desired number, and tap “Done

Turn On Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone
  2. Go to “Keypad” or “Logs
  3. Press “Menu” > “Settings” > “Call
  4. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding
  5. Tap to “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to
  6. Tap “Turn on

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu
  2. Go to the “Logs” or “Keypad” tab
  3. Tap “Settings” > “Call
  4. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding” >
  5. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable
  6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  7. Tap “Update” / “Turn on

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone
  2. Tap “Menu
  3. Access the “Logs” or “Keypad” tab
  4. Tap “Settings” > “Call” > “More settings
  5. Tap “Call forwarding
  6. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
  7. Tap “Turn off
