Forward All Calls:

  1. On the home screen, tap “Phone”
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “more settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding” > “Always forward”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to
  6. Tap “Turn on”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings” > “More settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Choose to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when unanswered”
  5. Enter the phone number to forward calls to
  6. Tap “Turn on" / “update”

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Choose a forwarding option
  5. Tap “Turn off”

Block Calls:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “More”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Tap “Call rejection” > “Auto reject list”
  5. Perform one of the following:
    • To block a phone number: Enter the number you want to block and make sure “Exactly the same as” is selected
    • To block a call log entry: Open “Contacts”, tap “Logs” or “Contacts” > Select the phone number to block
    • To block unknown callers: Turn on “Unknown”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call rejection” > “Auto reject list”
  4. Tap “-“ next to the numbers you wish to unblock

Block / Unblock Messages via Conversation Thread:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap and hold the conversation thread containing the phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Add to spam numbers”
  4. To unblock messages, follow the same steps above and tap “Remove from spam”

Block / Unblock Messages via Settings:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Tap to enable “Spam filter”
  4. Tap “Manage spam numbers”
  5. Enter the desired phone number, or tap “+” and select from “Inbox” or “Contacts”
  6. Tap “Back”
  7. To unblock messages, follow the first 4 steps above and then tap “-“ next to the contact you want to unblock
