Block Calls:

  1. Open “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “More”
  3. Access “Settings” and tap “Call rejection”
  4. Tap “Auto reject list” and perform one of the steps below:
    • To block a phone number: enter the number and, if necessary, select the desired “Match criteria”
    • To block calls from a contact or call log entry: tap “Logs” or “Contacts” and select the desired entry / contact
    • To block unknown callers: set the “Unknown” slider to “ON”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “More” and access “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call rejection”
  4. Go to “Auto reject list”
  5. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the phone number you want to unblock

Block Messages:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap & hold the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Add to spam numbers”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to unblock
  3. Tap “Remove from spam”

Block Messages via Settings:

  1. Launch “Messages” and tap “More”
  2. Tap “Settings” and enable “Spam filter”
  3. Tap “Manage spam numbers” and perform one of the two steps below:
    • Enter the phone number you want to block and tap “+”
    • Tap “Inbox” or “Contacts” and select a phone number
  4. Tap “Back” to save the changes

Unblock Messages via Settings:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “More”
  3. Access “Settings”
  4. Tap “Spam filter” > “Manage spam numbers”
  5. Tap the “-“symbol associated with the number you want to unblock
  6. Tap “Back” to save the changes

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Access “More settings”
  4. Go to “Call forwarding” and tap “Always forward”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Turn on”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  7. Tap “Update” or “Turn on”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone” and tap “more”
  2. Go to “Settings” > “More settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward” or the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Turn off”
