Whatsapp: file backup mancante nella cronologia quotidiana

Buongiorno, mi sono accorta che dalla cronologia di backup manca (NON ESISTE) il file del giorno 02-07-16. La cronologia mi indica i file backup del 01/07 e poi salta al 3/7, 4/7, 5/7 ecc. Come è possibile? Il backup è quotidiano, ma manca proprio quello del 2/07. E’ possibile che whatsapp si sia disconnesso dal server? Inoltre, ho scoperto che sabato 2 luglio alle 9.09 non ho ricevuto un sms di abbonamento a un servizio a pagamento (Club4fun), sms che mi ha recuperato la TIM inviandomelo il 5 luglio con l’sms di disattivazione del servizio
