How-to: Samsung Galaxy On5 Pro: Manage Call Forwarding; Block / Unblock Calls and Messages

Turn On Call Forwarding:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
3. Access “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. Choose to “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
5. Tap “Turn on”

Forward Calls (Conditional):

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
3. Access “More settings”
4. Go to “Call forwarding”
5. Select to “Forward when unanswered”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when busy”
6. Add or edit the phone number to forward calls to
7. Tap “Turn on” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
3. Access “More Settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. Select the call forwarding option you want to disable
5. Tap “Turn off”

Block Incoming Calls:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Tap “More”
3. Access “Settings”
4. Go to “Call rejection” > “Auto reject list”
5. Perform one of the following steps:
   
   • To block a phone number: enter it, and optionally, select a different “Match criteria”
   • To block calls from a call log entry or contact: tap “Logs” / “Contacts” and select the contact / entry you want to block
   • To block unknown callers: tap the “Unknown” switch to “ON”

Unblock Calls:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Tap “More”
3. Go to “Settings” > “Call rejection”
4. Tap “Auto reject list”
5. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the phone number you want to unblock

Block / Unblock Messages:

1. Launch “Messages”
2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block
3. Tap “Add to spam numbers”
4. To unblock messages, follow the same steps above and tap “Remove from spam” instead

Block Messages via Settings:

1. Open “Messages”
2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
3. Turn on “Spam filter”
4. Enable “Manage spam numbers”
5. Perform one of the following steps:
   
   • Tap “Inbox” or “Contacts” and select the desired phone number to block
   • Enter the phone number to block and tap “+”
6. Tap “Back” to apply the changes

Unblock Messages via Settings:

1. Open “Messages”
2. Tap “More”
3. Access “Settings”
4. Tap “Spam filter” > “Manage spam numbers”
5. Tap “-“ next to the number you want to block
6. Press “Back” to confirm the changes
