Create a New Contact:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch “Contacts”
- Tap the “+” (create) icon and select to store the contact on:
- Phone
- SIM Card
- Sync with Google
- Enter the contact’s phone number, name, and other details in the appropriate fields
- When ready, tap “Save”
Import/Export Contacts:
- Launch “Contacts”
- Tap the “menu” button and go to “Settings”
- Tap “Manage contacts” > “Move contacts from phone…”
- Select the account you want to move contacts to and tap “move” to sync them
- Tap “Import/Export contacts” and follow one of the steps below:
- To import contacts: tap “Import” > “SD Card”. Select the desired contacts and tap “Internal storage” > “Done” > “Import” > “OK”
- To export contacts, tap “Export” > “SD Card”. Select the contacts to export and tap “Done” > “Export” > “OK”
Add Contacts to Speed Dial:
- Open “Phone”
- Go to the “Contacts” tab
- Tap “Menu” > “Speed dial”
- Select the dial pad number you want to use
- Tap the contact you want to associate with the dial pad number
- Tap “Back” to confirm
Delete a Contact:
- Open “Contacts”
- Select the contact you want to remove
- Tap “Menu” > “Delete”
- Tap “Delete” a second time to confirm
Create a New Caller Group:
- Open “Contacts”
- Tap “Menu” > “Groups”
- Tap “Create”
- Enter the desired name for the group
- Optionally, set a group ringtone and add members to the group
- When ready, tap “Save”
Assign Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:
- Open the apps drawer and launch “Contacts”
- Select the contact you want to add to a group
- Tap “Details” > “Edit” > “Groups”
- Tick the check box associated with the desired group
- Tap “Back” > “Save” to confirm
