Block Calls:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Block numbers”
  4. Follow one of the steps below:
    • To block a new phone number: enter it and make sure the match criteria is set to “Default”
    • To block a contact/number or a call log entry: tap “Contacts”, access “Contacts” or “Recents” and select the phone number/contact you want to block
    • To block unknown callers: set “Block unknown callers” to “ON”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Block numbers”
  4. Tap the “-“ button associated with the contact/phone number you want to unblock

Block Messages via Settings:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Block messages”
  4. Tap “Block numbers”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to block or tap “+” and access “Inbox” or “Contacts”
  6. Press “Back” to confirm

Block Messages from a Phone Number:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Block numbers” and tap “Message block”
  4. Set the slider “ON” and tap “OK” to confirm

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Block messages”
  4. Tap “Block numbers”
  5. Tap the “-“ sign associated with the phone number you want to unblock
  6. Tap “Back” to confirm

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to the “Recents” tab
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Delete”
  4. Select the call log entries you want to delete or tap “All”
  5. Tap “Delete” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Tap “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Turn ON”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when unanswered”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  7. Tap “Turn ON” to confirm

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Access “More settings”
  5. Tap “Call forwarding”
  6. Select “Always forward” and tap “Turn OFF”
