Create a Contact:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch “Contacts” and tap “+”
- Choose to store the contact on “SIM card”, “Phone” or to “Sync with Google”
- Enter the contact’s phone number, name, and other details in the appropriate fields
- Tap “Save”
Import / Export Contacts:
- Launch “Contacts”
- Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
- Tap “Manage contacts”
- Tap “Move contacts from phone…”
- Select an account with which to sync contacts
- Tap “Move” > “Import / Export contacts”
- Follow one of the steps below:
- To import contacts: tap “Import” > “SD Card” and select the desired contacts, then tap “internal storage” > “Done” > “Import” > “OK”
- To export contacts: tap “Export” > “SD Card”, select the desired contacts and tap “Done” > “Export” > “OK”
Add Contacts to Speed Dial:
- Open “Phone”
- Go to the “Contacts” tab
- Tap “Menu” > “Speed dial”
- Select the dial pad number you want to use
- Tap the contact you want to associate with the dial pad number
- Tap “Back” to confirm
Delete Contacts:
- Open “Contacts”
- Select the desired contact
- Tap “Menu”
- Tap “Delete” twice to confirm
Create a New Caller Group:
- Launch “Contacts”
- Tap “Menu” > “Groups”
- Tap “Create”
- Enter the desired name for the group, and optionally, select a group ringtone
- Add the desired contact(s) to the group and tap “Save”
Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch “Settings”
- Select the desired contact and tap “Details”
- Tap “Edit” > “Groups”
- Tick the boxes associated with the desired caller group
- Tap “Back” > “Save”
