Block Calls:

  1. Launch Phone
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Block numbers”
  4. Follow one of the steps below:
    • To block a new phone number: enter it and ensure the match criteria is set to “default”
    • To block a phone number/contact from the phonebook or the call log: tap “Contacts” or “Recents” and select the contact/phone number you want to block
    • To block unknown callers: enable “Block unknown callers”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Settings”
  4. Tap “Block numbers”
  5. Tap the “-“ button associated with the contact/phone number you want to unblock

Block Messages via Settings:

  1. Open Messages
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Block messages” > “Block numbers”
  4. Enter the phone number you want to block or tap “+” and select it from “Inbox” / “Contacts”
  5. Press “Back” to confirm

Block Messages:

  1. Launch Messages
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Block numbers”
  3. Go to “Message block”
  4. Set the slider “ON”
  5. Tap “OK” to confirm

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Messages
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Block messages”
  4. Tap “Block numbers”
  5. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the phone number you want to unblock
  6. Press “Back”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Turn ON”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Access “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
  5. Select to “Forward when unanswered”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when busy”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  7. Tap “Turn ON” to confirm

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Settings”
  4. Tap “More settings”
  5. Go to “Call forwarding”
  6. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
  7. Tap “Turn Off”

Reset the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to the “Recents” tab
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Delete”
  4. Select the call log entries you want to delete or tap “All”
  5. Tap “Delete” to confirm
