Block Calls:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Block numbers” and perform one of the steps below:
    • To block a new phone number: enter it and ensure the match criteria is set to “default”
    • To block a contact or call log entry: access “Contacts” or “Recents” then select the desired contact
    • To block unknown callers: enable “Block unknown callers”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Block numbers”
  4. Tap the “-“ sign next to the contact/phone number you want to unblock

Block Messages via Settings:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “Block messages”
  3. Access “Block numbers”
  4. Enter the phone number you want to block, or:
  5. Alternatively, tap “+”, go to “Contacts” or “Inbox” and select the desired contact
  6. Tap “Back”

Block Messages from a Phone Number:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Block numbers”
  3. Tap “Message block” and set the slider “ON”
  4. Tap “OK” to confirm

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Block messages”
  4. Tap “Block numbers”

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “Recents”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Delete”
  4. Select the call log entry you want to remove, or alternatively tap “All”
  5. Press “Delete” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings” > “More settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Turn On”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select to “Forward when unanswered”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when busy”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding and tap “Turn ON”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Settings” > “More settings”
  4. Go to “Call forwarding”
  5. If necessary, select the call forwarding option you want to disable
  6. When ready, tap “Turn Off”
