Block Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “Block numbers
  3. Follow one of the steps below:
    • When blocking a new phone number: enter it and make sure the match criteria is set to “default
    • To block a phone number/contact from the phonebook or call log: access “Contacts” or “Recents” and select the phone number/contact you want to block
    • To block unknown callers: enable “block unknown callers

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings
  3. Access “Block numbers
  4. Tap “-“ associated with the phone number/contact you want to unblock

Block Messages via Settings:

  1. Launch “Messages
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings
  3. Tap “Block messages
  4. Go to “Block numbers
  5. Enter the phone number you want to block or tap “+” and select an existing contact from the phonebook or inbox
  6. Tap “Back” to confirm

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch “Messages
  2. Tap “Menu
  3. Access “Settings” > “Block messages
  4. Tap “Block numbers
  5. Tap “-“ next to the phone number you want to block
  6. Press “Back” to confirm

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone
  2. Go to the “Recents” tab
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Delete
  4. Select the call log entry you want to remove or tap “All
  5. Tap “Delete” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone
  2. Tap “Menu” and access “Settings
  3. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding” > “Always forward
  4. Enter the phone number you want to use and tap “Turn On

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone
  2. Tap “Menu
  3. Go to “Settings” > “More settings
  4. Access “Call forwarding
  5. Select to “Forward when unanswered”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when busy
  6. Enter the phone number you want to sue for call forwarding and tap “Turn ON

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone
  2. Tap “Menu
  3. Access “Settings” > “More settings
  4. Go to “Call forwarding
  5. Select “Always forward” and tap “Turn OFF
