Block Incoming Calls from a Contact:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Blocked numbers” and follow one of the steps below:
    • To block a phone number: enter it and set the match criteria to “Default” if needed
    • To block unknown callers: enable “Block unknown callers”
    • To block a contact from call history or the phonebook: go to “Recents” or “Contacts” and select the desired number/contact

Unblock Calls from a Contact:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Blocked numbers” and tap the “-“ symbol associated with the contact/phone number you want to unblock

Block Messages:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Block numbers”
  3. Tap “Message block”
  4. Set the slider “ON” and tap “OK”

Block Messages from a Phone Number:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap “menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Block messages” > “Block numbers”
  4. Enter the desired phone number or tap “+” and select from “Inbox” or “Contacts”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. GO to “Block numbers”
  4. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the phone number you want to unblock

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Access “Recents”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Delete”
  4. Select the call log entry you want to remove or tap “All”
  5. Tap “Delete” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to use, or select a contact
  5. Tap “Turn On”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings” > “More settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively you can select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “More settings”
  4. Access “Call forwarding”
  5. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
  6. Tap “Turn Off”
