Block Incoming Calls from a Contact:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Blocked numbers” and perform one of the steps below:
    • To block a phone number: enter it and set the match criteria to “Default” if necessary
    • To block unknown callers: enable “Block unknown callers”
    • To block a contact from the phonebook or call log: access” Contacts” or “Recents” and select the desired contact/phone number

Unblock Calls from a Contact:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Blocked numbers”
  4. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the contact/phone number you want to unblock

Block Messages:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Block numbers”
  3. Tap “Message block” and set the slider “ON”
  4. Tap “OK”

Block Messages from a Phone Number:

  1. Launch “Messages” and tap “menu”
  2. Go to “Settings” > “Block messages”
  3. Tap “Block numbers”
  4. Enter the desired phone number or tap “+” and select an entry from “Contacts” or “Inbox”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings’
  3. Go to “Block numbers”
  4. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the phone number you want to unblock

Reset the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access “Recents” and tap “Menu”
  3. Tap “Delete” and select the call log entry you want to remove, or tap “All”
  4. Tap “Delete” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu’ > “Settings” > “More settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to use. Alternatively you can select a contact
  5. When ready tap “turn On”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact form the phonebook
  7. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Turn Off”
