Block Incoming Calls from a Contact:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings” > “Blocked numbers”
  3. Perform one of the following steps:
    • To block a phone number: enter it and set the match criteria to “Default” if needed
    • To block unknown callers: enable “Block unknown callers”
    • To block a contact from the phonebook or the call log: go to “Contacts” or “Recents” and select the desired contact/phone number

Unblock Calls from a Contact:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “Blocked numbers”
  3. Tap the “-“ symbol linked with the phone number/contact you want to unblock

Block Messages:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu’ > “Block numbers”
  3. Tap “Message block”
  4. Set the slider “ON” and tap “OK”

Block Messages from a Phone Number:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Settings”
  4. Go to “Block messages” > “Block numbers”
  5. Enter the contact’s phone number or tap “+” and select from “Inbox” or “Contacts”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Block numbers”
  4. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the phone number you want to unblock

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to “Recents”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Delete”
  4. Select the call log entry you want to delete or tap “All”
  5. Select “Delete” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to use, or select a contact
  6. Tap “Turn On”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively you can select a contact from the phonebook
  7. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
  6. Tap “Turn Off”
